Group of 4 or more ($30 per patient)

Cost of each injection given ($15)

Follow-up visits ($10)

Cost of Vaccinations:

Tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis/polio (covered by OHIP)
Measles-mumps-rubella (covered by OHIP)

The cost of many of these vaccines may be covered by private health plans
